Pros: - The Sales Representative who came out answered all my question. - The Installation Team (Peter, Mike, and Igor) were professional, fast, thorough, and made sure it was install to our satisfaction. CON: -I am cheap, bottom line. Bay Windows are not, and Anderson is not, however you do get what you pay for when it comes to certain things. So I can't say its a true con, but I will say it will likely be more than you anticipate (but still worth it in the end). Bottom line: You will not be disappointed with choosing Acre Replacement Windows. Start to finish they did a fantastic job, everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. Thank you, Stephen

Our experience with Acre's installation of Anderson Replacement windows we great! The installer arrived when expected and was professional, courteous, and thorough. Every work area was cleaned after the windows were installed with no trace of dust or dirt left behind. We would recommend Acre and Anderson Windows to everyone!

The initial salesman was good although he did make one mistake that we did not catch until everything went up for review with our HoA. Acre was able to correct the issue that was made. There were some minor conflicts related to scheduling and timing, but in the end we were able to coordinate the scheduling well enough. The installation crew (Peter and Mike) showed up timely, were courteous, answered ALL of my questions. They did a thorough and skillful job, explained everything that needed explaining. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.
