Each member of the team was great! They were knowledgable, attentive, and professional in manner. We talked and discussed needs, desires, and options until an appropriate choice was made. Being fussy, it took a while. The choice was a patio door with high energy efficiency, sturdier construction, and security when partially open. It also has a smooth glide and is easy to clean. At installation, the team worked well together and respectfully regarding me, the customer, property, and each other. The completed job looks great.

We had 7 windows replace by Acre. Their field staff (initial estimator and installation crews) were very professional and did a great job of installing the windows and showing us how to use and clean them. Very good group of guys! Their office staff, on the other hand, have been awful at returning phone calls, working up new quotes, and general customer service. If you are set on using Andersen replacement windows, we suggest you go straight to Andersen and use their Replacement by Andersen service. You will save yourself a lot of heartburn avoiding dealing with Acre's office staff.

Everyone was wonderful to work with at Acre , both on the phone and in person. The installers were meticulous with their work. And though one window had a few glitches , they were happy to make things right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful windows, and a professional job.

I scheduled an appointment several months ago. I mentioned I was married and because my wife was on call as a nurse they told me they couldn’t come unless both home owners are on location. Ok I accept that. I recently scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday and I received a confirmation and no one showed up. I didn’t even get a call that they wasn’t showing up. This is very unprofessional and I will gladly go elsewhere. Horrible service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Needed 4 old double hung windows replaced. From initial contact for job estimate with project specialist to communication with project coordinators and through to install team all aspects of the job met or exceeded expectations. Custom windows came in on time and job was completed within time frame given on day of install agreement. Good job by install team, worked efficiently and cleaned up the job site thoroughly. Website for tracking order & schedule is a bonus. Very pleased with results. Recommended, would hire again.
