I shouldn’t need to write a review because someone did their job. Acre Windows is an exception. They deserve a review because they went above and beyond. They did a great job!
Now I wanted windows and doors installed in my 50 year old house. I was tired of the old wood windows and doors that would not open and close and talk about the draft. But I was afraid to buy because there are so many companies out there including the home improvement stores that I wasn’t sure who I wanted to deal with. So I began by going on different websites and checking out pictures of what I wanted. I went onto the Acre website and clicked on for someone to come out and talk to me. I figured that they could at least answer my questions and give me some ideas. From the moment I met the sales representative, I knew I wanted to work with this company. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He never pressured me to buy. He simply asked me what I was looking for and then he told me how he could help me. He explained the different types of windows and doors and gave me some great ideas. His enthusiasm and confidence about his product and the company, their commitment to not only stand by their product but also the customer sealed my decision. After all I wanted to be able to go back to them with a concern or to be able to reorder in the future.
I bought the windows and doors and I am extremely pleased. From the moment the installers showed up until the first time that I opened a window I have no regrets. The installers were pleasant and friendly. They were on time and truly professionals. They made sure that they took care to install my windows perfectly and they also cleaned up when they were done. The windows and doors add so much beauty to my home. They are so easy to clean, to open and close and the most important feature is how my air conditioning and heating bill went down the first month almost $150.00.
This company is top notch. I am so pleased. My front door is a Therma-Tru Smooth Star with vented sidelights and it is spectacular. It adds a touch of class to the outside of my home. I have had so many compliments from my neighbors. I also purchased an E-series 10 foot Grand Opening French Slider in my family room and it is such a quality door. I love all of the light and the blinds between the glass is an awesome feature.
Matt and Valerie, thank you for hiring such a wonderful staff and crew. Everyone takes such pride in their work. I had always heard what a great company you were. Now that I am a customer, I will continue to sing your praises just a little bit louder.
