We are so pleased with the product specialist sent to us by your company. There were lots of estimates we collected but we knew, almost immediately, that we'd go with Acre. This is in large part to your rep's not doing a hard sales pitch. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable about your products and what would best suit our needs. We're looking forward to getting our new windows and to saving money on our utility usage!

I live in Wilmington, DE. Gareld was very professional and wanted to understand what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured. He let me know what options I had to get what I was looking for and worked with me to accommodate my budget. I'm looking forward to having a quality product that they will stand behind for 20 years! They will fix screens too!

I've been waiting until we received the correct screens to post my thoughts about Acre Windows. We are happy with all "front of house service" . All phone calls and appointment changes we handled professionally. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the behavior of the actual installers. Having windows put in should not feel like an act of the Cold War or intimidation . In addition to their ATTITUDE, our installation team did not miss a corner to be cut or an opportunity to do as sloppy a finishing job as possible. Although the windows themselves are quality, the installation was anything but! The form filled out at the end when the job was done , was done under duress as they had not finished the job on our two front windows . They did a lousy job while I was giving them high fives on paper. Working with your installers for hire was the low point of our renovation experience. I would not recommend you folks for just that reason.

I knew what I wanted in terms of style and type of window and he did not attempt to upsell me unnecessarily but gave me valuable advice in terms of choices. I am proceeding with installation for part of the house and will pick up more in the spring. I see myself as a repeat customer...
