Pat came out to reinspect the sliding glass doors after they were still leaking on the inside track during rain. A different rep came out last month and the issue got better but was not fully resolved. Pat was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing and he took the time to do everything possible without taking the doors out. (We’re trying to avoid that if we can.) I’m confident he got the issue resolved!

Beginning with Product Specialist Mike Vicario's suggestion of a slider to replace my 1950s picture window, and Field Measure Technician Mike's accurate measurements of my windows, and finally the Installation Crew who installed my new Andersen windows today, I am a satisfied customer. I would have given Acre a 5 star rating, since the Installation Crew arrived between 9-10am as Angie said they would, but somebody dropped the ball due to a miscommunication: the Installation Crew were under the mistaken impression that the windows had already been delivered to my house, and since that wasn't the case, they had to go pick them up which meant that they didn't actually begin installing the windows until almost 1pm and it was almost 8pm by the time they finished. They still remained very professional, and took their time to complete the job properly.
