From the safety and ease of cleaning the windows as well as they are so easy and smooth they are to operate, what a difference from those old metal windows I had. My project manager went above and beyond the call of duty, always with a smile and concern to be certain I was happy. The installers arrived promptly, worked diligently and efficiently while being extremely polite. I am ELATED with my new windows and doors.
