We had a wonderful experience with ACRE. Joe came out and looked at our picture window. He was patient and answered all our questions. I felt comfortable having him in our home. On the day of the install, Ian was fabulous. He did a thorough and professional install and there was no mess to clean up afterwards! We would highly recommend ACRE for anyone who wants quality and great customer service.

Our experience with Acre Windows was positive, from the sales rep to the project manager to the installers. The initial sales rep was very thorough...at our house over 2 hours explaining the type of windows available and what Acre offers. The windows look beautiful. They've been installed about 2 month and we haven't had any problems. We recommend Acre Windows, however, if you feel put off by signing a contract on the spot to get the extra discount, get estimates from other vendors first....which we didn't. We second guessed ourselves the next day, but took a chance and didn't cancel the contract. We are very happy with the windows.

Over a 2 day period your team installed 25 replacement windows (including the basement), 2 storm doors and a new sliding door in the family room. Your installation team was skilled, efficient, friendly and courteous. Also, they cleaned up inside and out at the end of each day. We are very pleased that we chose your company to do this work. I can highly recommend ACRE to anyone looking to replace windows and doors.
