The initial salesman was good although he did make one mistake that we did not catch until everything went up for review with our HoA. Acre was able to correct the issue that was made. There were some minor conflicts related to scheduling and timing, but in the end we were able to coordinate the scheduling well enough. The installation crew (Peter and Mike) showed up timely, were courteous, answered ALL of my questions. They did a thorough and skillful job, explained everything that needed explaining. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

From the start in mid Jan I met with John who explained all the options to meet my needs. He was very clear about the pricing and the time and attention taken by each crew. Next, another John came to measure and was in and out in 10 min. Today, my door was installed by Alex who was very thorough and made sure he checked everything at the final walk through. I am very happy with my gorgeous forrest green door...it is beautiful.
