5 Stars, a 10/10. Joe is the best. Friendly courteous, your company is blessed to have him. Hes genuine, friendly, creates a great relationship. Integrity and service before self standout to me as some other great qualities he has. I think my previous review might not have been submitted so I wrote this one. Make sure Joe's boss knows this. Joseph came by today for a window quote and we loved how easy and flexible the whole process was! The windows are of amazing quality and Joseph did a great job explaining the features on each window they offer. The cost seemed a bit high to us, but ACRE is super flexible with pricing. Overall, great experience.

After visiting the Philadelphia Home Show we had appointments with multiple vendors to come to our home and price out window replacements. Michael was the first vendor rep to come to our home. He showed up exactly on time, on a Sunday afternoon, and spent several hours with us reviewing the various product lines and answering our many (many) questions. At the end he gave us a quote, which took our breath away - we knew that Anderson windows would be expensive, just not that expensive. He told us his offer would be lower than the quote we would be getting the next day from Renewal by Andersen. At the time I didn't really believe him, but he was right - it was 1/3 lower! In the end we decided to go with a less expensive brand since we won't be in the home long enough to recoup the costs, but I have to say that Michael was among the very best representatives that we had come into our home. If you have the bank and are going to be in your home for the long run, I would definitely suggest you connect with Michael.
